We've found that for most humans, sex and gender are huge realms of triggers, shame, and maladaptive behaviours. Just like an iceberg, these matters may be visible in a limited sense, but the critical mass is often obscured in the subconscious. What we think of as "the issue" are often just the very tips of tendrils which extend far deeper into our subconscious, our shadow.

We also subscribe to a decolonization perspective and practice trauma-informed care.
