We have training in human anatomy and physiology, genetics, pathophysiology, mental illness, nutrition, complementary and alternative medicine for mental health, nature-informed therapy, and the therapeutic use of rhythm. We’re also attentive to obstacles that often prevent people from being as well as they’d like: physical conditions, depression/anxiety, work/relationship dynamics, relationships to food and fitness, and body image.
